E-shop Rules (Orders, Delivery & Pick-up)

1) How we sell

• We sell goods exclusively via our e-shop.

• We are not a walk-in retail store. Visits are possible only by prior appointment (weekends excluded).

2) Shipping (non-regulated goods)

• Non-regulated goods are delivered only by courier or freight service.

• We do not ship via Czech Post (Česká pošta).

3) Discount requests

• We do not provide discounts outside the e-shop.

• We do not respond to discount requests (written or in person).

• We are not a discount portal.

4) Orders outside the e-shop system

• Orders not created through the official e-shop checkout may be processed with delay and are handled last.

5) Regulated goods (firearms & ammunition)

• Orders for firearms/ammunition placed through the website are informational only.

• The Seller is not obliged to accept such an order and the customer will be verified before any sale is approved.

• Shipping is not possible.

• Personal collection only, at a pre-arranged appointment.

• Any order that selects shipping for regulated goods is invalid.

6) Prices & automatic confirmations

• Prices may change (e.g., exchange-rate recalculation, price updates).

• We reserve the right not to accept an order, even if it is automatically confirmed by the system.

• Automatic order confirmation is not an invoice (tax document).

7) When the purchase contract is formed

• For non-regulated goods: the purchase contract is formed upon issuance of our invoice.

• For regulated goods: the purchase contract is formed only after invoice issuance and delivery to the customer, followed by agreed personal collection.

• Product presentation on the website is informational; Section 1732(2) of the Czech Civil Code does not apply.

8) EU / international orders (non-regulated goods)

• EU and international shipping is available only with advance payment, based on an issued invoice, paid to our EUR bank account.

• COD (cash on delivery) is not available for EU/international shipments.

• Payments are accepted in EUR exclusively in full.
  All bank and transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  Orders will not be shipped until the full amount has been credited to our account.
• In case of order cancellation immediately after the order is placed, an administrative fee of EUR 50 will be charged.

9) Incorrect orders / sizes

• Incorrect orders or missing/incorrect sizes and measurements (including orders placed via a third party) are the customer’s responsibility, including any additional costs.

• Goods that have been personally tried on/used and then purchased are not exchanged.

10) Intellectual property

• All texts, translations, manuals and other content on this e-shop are the intellectual property of Euroshooting s.r.o.

• Any copying, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
